Numbness and Constant Aches

When I lay in bed, either on my sides or back, my arms will go numb.  Throughout the entirety of the day my muscles ache and sometimes my arms feel week as if I had worked out with weights when I haven't done anything.  What can cause this?

I am not sure but I know that I have similar symptoms like you describe .Mine is caused by an impinged nerve in my neck . Have you had an MRI ? That is the only way this can be diagnosed .I would suggest that you go to your Dr and see if he or she can schedule you one .I wish you the best and I hope things start going better for you .

Take care Melissa
