Numbness and Extreme cold

My mum has been dignosed with Arthritis within the past 2years and lately she seems to have this periods of of extreme cold and numbness and pain in  her fingers. She has been to the hospital several times and has had to undergo alot of tests which have all come back Negative other than the physician says that it could be related to Arthritis. We have decided to seek a second opinion and I hope you can help as I am becoming very conserned about her health. She is 41 years old but has also been under different medications like Antidepressants for a while.Any help will be highly appreciated.Thank you in advance.
