PAIN IN BACK OF UPPER ARM
For the past 3 days I have had very sharp pains in the back of my upper arm. It is not constant. The pain appears when I either bend my elbow up to reach; swing the arm backwards, etc.

I don't know what precipitated the start of the pain but it is very, very painful.

Please advise.

You might want to take a NSAID (aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen) and if it is still bothering you in a few days get it checked out.
