pain in foot in the morning & from bed  while putting foot on the floor heavy pain

no other symptoms after taking rest when coming down from bed very painful heal to stand on foot

It start before one week in walking it gives pain but cane bare but after waking up in the morning very terrific pain in the hill of foot in only right foot hill only.

Also the reason it hurts more after you've been resting is because it starts to heal and when you step down it rips again.

I had this happening to me too. It got to the point that when I would get up to use the restroom in the middle of th night I would fall on the floor. I had plantar facheitis (spelling? Sorry) it is where the fachia tension running under my foot was tearing from the bone. It also caused bone spurrs. I had to have multiple cortisone shots and it got to where they were so frequent the pain from the shots was as bad as the injury. My doctor told me don't ever ever go barefoot and always wear New Balance 1220 series. They are expensive and don't look great with everything but they really help.
