Pain

My tail bone seems to have grown a bit. There is a slight pain in it , I suppose due to the pressure on it when I sit. Can you explain it. What should I do to end the pain.

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment on the situation. This could be a sign of spinal degeneration, bone bruise or a possible injury. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought. Meanwhile you could try some tylenol/ NSAIDS for pain relief.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
