Hello!

Welcome to the forum.

The most important thing is since when are you having these symptoms?

This can be due to some drug adverse effects you are consuming.
This can be due to allergy.
This can be due to some neurological problems.
This can be due to injury to the spine and or due to your internal spinal problems.

If the symptoms are quite disturbing we advise you to go for an MRI/Scan and also consult with a neurologist.

Take care and come back to us with further queries and also updates about the case and detailed history.
