RH factor 24.9

I have widespread pain in all my muscles and bones.my hands r stiff and chronic pain my left knee snaps and pain in left ankle, lot of pain in back. Hard to get up and move. Have chronic fatigue  cannot tolerate cold. I don't see any swollen joints. It this some type of RH.  befwm

Your Rh factor is barely over what is generally considered "normal" (upper range of 20-23, depending on the source), but this doesn't mean you don't have an auto-immune disease present. Many people are what's called "sero-negative" and a good rheumatologist will take this into account and look at the whole picture, not just blood test results.
