The only way to get properly diagnosed is to see a rheumatologist. Even then, blood tests don't tell the whole story; you need x-rays and for a rheumatologist to examine you. I know, it costs, but trying to get by without proper treatment could lead to joint deformity and disability, plus a host of other problems if it is indeed RA or some other auto-immune disease.

Check with your state and local health departments for reduced cost/free services available to you. Most, if not all, drug manufacturers offer patient assistance programs, as well.

I have never been tested for anything. I don't have medical insurance and I already owe thousands of dollars in past medical bills because of emergencies.
I don't believe I have ever had meningitis.

Have you ever had meningitis?  I know its an off the wall question but I have same pain plus other places as well.  Have you been tested for RA or Lupus?

I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, wrists, all along my spine, both front and back of my knees, and ankles.
Essentially all over and Constant.

Is this the ONLY place you have pain?  Is it in the front or back of the knee?  I am not a doctor but I suffer from chronic pain.  Fibro is widespread and Rheumatoid usually starts in hands or feet but it could be Arthritis for sure.  It could also be torn tendons or ligaments.
