Rheumatoid factor 26

I just got test result showing an RA factor as 26.
i had inflammation in feet and finger. The small joints of both the hands and wrists are often involved. Simple tasks of daily living, such as turning door knobs and opening jars, can become difficult during flares. I Feel's so worst, I m just 22 only, cannt sleep at night having severe headaces on my right side & also gets shaded vision.

Have you had other tests run? Did any of those results come back positive or elevated? What meds is your doc giving you?
