My RA factor was 20 last year.  What is the normal range for the rheumatoid factor?

I think normal is anything below 20.  All ranges our different but my test said anything <20 is considered normal.

Hi ..i just went for a routine test and found RF to be 38 and elevated ESR and CRP ..I am 30 and have no aches and pains or nay symptoms...also just about this time, I saw bright red blood with stool...can it be related...I have family history of RA. Can blood tests alone diagnose RA.I have no symptoms.Yet.
