Shoulder pain

Had a biopsy on shoulder 12 months ago - precancerous lesion. Then started having difficulty with shoulder 6months ago- went for therapy thinking it was a strain.  Now have extreme shoulder pain when I move it towards my back.  Have an appt with the dermatologist for a follow up tomorrow.  Concerned that the two could be connected. Does it seem likely?

This discussion is related to Extreme shoulder pain, with  imflamation, raised purplish color on skin.

I am certain you are very scared right now.  I am glad you are getting in to have this checked.  While it is likely a pulled/strained muscle or something else, it could be related and the possibility must be investigated.  The only comfort I have to offer you is that you are taking the right steps.  Please let us know how you are doing as your post will weigh on my heart.
