Skin rash associated with arthritis

I have developed a rash that comes and goes along
the sides of my fingers.  It looks like a blister with no secretion coming from them.  They last about 1 week and did dissapear.  They blister are very sore.  The also appear on my elbows and on the inside of my hands near joints.
Do you think this is associated with arthristis?

I missed this thread and responded on another.  Excellent input from Babs.  I was running down the exact same path.

Hi Babs, Thanks for very much for your input.  I know that I need to see a dermatologist, but every time I get an appointment, the rash has cleared up.   I did see a doctor about two years ago when the rash first started, and he was the one to suggest that it was associated with arthritis.  Please feel free to share about Psoriasis.

Hi Jazzy, Have you ever had Psoriasis or know some of the ways it can look? It is possible for Psorasis to develope after arthritis. what you think is a blister might be what is called a "plaque" This is only one possibility, please listen to what everyone thinks but I believe you should also and most importantly ask you Doctor.

Try to see the doctor when you actually have one of these "blisters" I know it can be hard, almost like going to the mechanic and your car stops making noise! lol

Best of luck and please let us know what happens. If it turns out it is Psoriasis I can try to suppost you with your questions about that.
