Sore lumps on head and face

My 17 yr. old daughter has two swollen lumps. The first appeared on 1/25 on the side of her head and the second 1/27 on her face close to her TM joint. The lumps are not read and do not appear to be infected. They feel solid under the skin and are sore to the touch for a few days and seem to become less sensetive but are still there.

She takes 100mg per day of Topamax for seizure disorder. Recently diagnosed with urinary retention and has been taking 5 mg. Vesicare once per day for aproximately 10 days. She has been diagnosed hyperflexible and has psoriatic arthritis but is not yet on any medication (awaiting appt. with the dr.)

Could these lumps be a side affect of Vesicare? Should they be of concern. Brain MRI has been performed in '05 and '06. There were no signs of tumors only scarring from acute diseminating myelitis.

the lumps could be one of many things, ask the dr you're going to have the appointment with about it.

they could be lymph nodes, cysts, folliculitis, abscesses (usually red hot painful), or other kinds of lumps
