There seems to be reason to try tart cherries (or juice or concentrate or capsules) to relieve tendonitis related to arthritis. Various sites suggest various reasons -- pain killer, anti-inflammatory, etc. But it's hard to determine which websites are most trustworthy on subjects like this.
I'm new here and don't even know if this is a question or a poll! Guess I'll try it as a question.
Welcome to the community! I don't think any information is wrong i think there are many useful things about tart cherries. I know that I have heard that they are a fantastic ant-inflammatory. I would make sure they are a reliable source.
