WHAT CAUSES THIS CONDITION.

I HAVE SWELLING AND PAIN AROUND THE JOINTS, MOSTLY IN MY HANDS BUT TRAVELING AROUND TO MY ANKLES. SOMETIMES OTHER JOINTS, SUCH AS SHOULDERS AND HIPS. SWELLING IS ACCOMPANIED BY PAIN MAINLY WHEN THE SWELLING GOES DOWN. REDNESS AND SWELLING OCCUR ON THE UNDERSIDE OF MY FOREARM STARTING AT THE WRIST AND GOINIG UP, CAUSING PAIN IN THE TENDONS AND MUSCLES. I WAS TOLD IT IS PROBABLY RA AND WAS GIVEN ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS SUCH AS DICLOFENAC, MOBIC, METHRTREXATE ETC WHICH DO NOT BRING DOWN THE SWELLING. I ALSO SUFFER FROM TYPE 2 DIABETES AND VITILIGO. WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS DISEASE?
