What am I ill of?

by Gina234, Oct 23, 2009 12:39AM
Does arthritis include leg pain and weakness? I had difficulty climbing stairs which started a year ago, and now it seems to worsen.  It is also hard for me to go down the stairs. At present, my legs hurt. I cannot endure standing up even for a few minutes. My muscles are weak, I suppose.

This discussion is related to I have lower back pain ,leg weakness and my feet drag when i attempt to jog..

Yes it can.  There are over 100 different types of arthritis with many of them affecting different connective tissue.  Please get to a doctor for a full rheumatological work up and let us know how you do.
