What is wrong with me??

Hello, I am a 32 year old female.  For about the last 6 months I have been having horrible burning pain in my forearms..yes, both of them.  Sometimes at the same time and sometimes it's just one or the other.  It gets so bad that I cannot sleep at night.  It almost feels as if my bones are on fire.  I am concerned that it is getting worse because now my last 3 fingers on both hands are numb and my joints feel as if they are locking when I open and close my hands.  My hands fall asleep every single night!  This is really starting to concern me and is starting to affect my job as it hurts to use my hands.  I am not sure if this is related or not, but I am also noticing the locking in my toes but no numbness.  Anything would be helpful.  Thank you

Could easily be carpel tunnel. Please check it out with your dr. This can be very debilitating but is easily solved with a tiny surgery to enlarge the opening in the bone on your wrist where the tendon goes through. My sister had it done many years ago and knew immediately she should have the other wrist done - she suffered for years thinking it was just arthritis. Please have it checked by your doctor.
