Wrist protection at work station

Hello,

I wanted to share a tip.. I was having real pain from my (r) wrist while controlling the mouse on my computer. (Gout)
I cut out a small piece of 'MEMORY' foam about 2.in W X 3 in.L..I'm telling you, it's fabulous, it has just the right give and takes the pressure off the wrist, it also compresses so the wrist is almost level of controler and by moving it off the pad, the pad goes back to original shape (quickly) and then compresses again.
