You name it; they say I have it. (Hurt All The Time)

I have; fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, Chronic fatigue syndrome, bursitis (both hips & both shoulders), insomnia, severe depressive disorder, OCD, & post traumatic disorder. I have been in pain for years now. At times, to bad to even walk. I have been on disability for the past 4 years. I'm only 40 years old. When I was pregnant with my first son I had to have my gallbladder and removed when I was 5 months pregnant. He was 9lbs. 10oz. and a had a forth degree tare.  My doctor didn't wait for the placenta to detach because I was hemorrhaging so he pulled it out in three different pieces and sewed me up quick. This caused all kinds of complications. I didn't have any rectal muscles for 10 years. My rectum and vagina prolapsed and my womb was falling out. I went into surgery and had an A&P repair, partial hysterectomy and an umbilical hernia repaired. My problems started out as OCD. Then chronic fatigue syndrome, followed with debilitating migraine headaches. A couple of years later I had to have surgery to remove endometriosis and a cyst on my ovary. After six months  I got pregnant and I had my second son by C-section. I started hurting all over in my joints and in my spine. My doctor ran all kinds of tests and diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and I have a hemangioma in my spine that I was born with however that wasn't causing my pain. He has sent me to the neurologist, sports medical doctor, physical therapist, and now the psychologist and physciatrist because I had a nervous breakdown 3 years ago. I also have osteoarthritis, and bursitis.           MY MEDS:     AM: Bupropion hcl xl 300mg(Wellbutron), Cymbalta  60mg, Levothyroxine 50mcg (Synthroid), Clonazepam 1mg(Klonopin), Oxycodone 2.5mg(Percocet 5/325)halved, Liquid multi-vitiman       PM: Topamax 200mg, Cyclobenzaprine 10mg, Lamotrigine 200mg(Lamictal), Clonazepam 1mg(Klonopin), Oxycodone 2.5mg(Percocet 5/325) halved               Surgeries;  1968, 1972, 1978 Tubes in Ears, 1979 Tonsils & Adenoids (adenoids), 1989 Cyst on Ovary & Endometriosis, 1990 Gall Bladder & Appendix,  1993 C-section, 2001 Vaginal Hysterectomy, A&P repair, Umbilical Hernia, 2006 Lumpectomy-Right Breast(Benign), 2007 Gastric Bypass

Welcome to our forum.  You have been through an awful lot and have the prescriptions to prove it, bless your heart.  We are glad to have you here.  Most of us have more than a few things going on.
I saw in your list of doctors no mention of a rheumatologist.  With all that you have going on, it might be interesting to see one because you may find your dx of fibro was a prelim to something else.  Maybe even a couple of things.  I hope that you are able to get to the root cause of your pain and have that treated.
