ana titer nucleolar of 1:1280

I have had two ana's come back 1:1280 with the nucleolar pattern. I am to see my rheumatolgist again on May 19th. When I was there last, she did not think it was lupus...and dermatology says it is not scleroderma..when I see her again, I know she will be telling me the results of the other tests done..what else could cause this test result?

I saw this post today 6/22/2012.  I just had the same ANA titer & pattern with fever/joint pain/rash. Could you please send me some info?  I'm worried.
