boyfriend's heart problems.

My boyfriend around a year back came off antidepressants zenafalxine (not sure if spelt correctly). Witch after he got racing heart rate quite often. It would criple him for hours. Then he got better for a little bit. Then about 4 months later after a weight lifting session he got them again. It was not straight after. It was hours after. It would wake him in his sleep. Then 3 months down the line. He is now constantly dizzy and in his words out of it. He can't even do a simple stepper with out it happening. Now he has woke up with it and had chest pain as well as fast heart. Paramedics got called and they took him to hospital but they put it down to panic attacks. He has gone to hospital around 4 times. After seeing 3 gp's he has got a stress test and echo cardio but that not in like over a month. He is severely depressed and can't do anything. Is there anything we can do to speed it up. He can't work go out do anything. He hardly eats in fear of getting fat. He constantly dizzy and out of breath.

Oh and after exercise his heart rate would go back to normal. Then two to three hours later most of the time when he has fallen asleep he would get the chest pain and fast heart and his body would shake uncontrollably.
