bruising

what causes me to bruise so easily, and how can i change that

Do you take asprin or ibuprofen or oth non steriod anti inflammatory meds.  If do you need to let you family doctor know so that platelet levels can be checked.

im not a doctor but my guess is your iron might be very low. if u also feel fatigued then that points more to low iron. if its not iron it may be something else low in your blood. my advice get a blood test from your doctor if u havent already.  good luck i hope u get well!

Could be a vitamin K deficiency but could also be something more serious like leukemia or a bleeding disorder.  Do you have any other symptoms?  Get some testing done to make sure it is nothing serious.

Hi...u need to go for testing...u may have low levels of vitamins and minerals...or have a connective tissue disorder...there is no way to know for sure.
