burning and pulling sensation

the right side of my pubic area close to the inner area  and including the top area is burning. It sometimes feels like my hair is being pulled. At times it feels like electricity flowing through that area... I have diabetes and a thyroid condition. Plus poly myaliga rue. So, what do you think../ thanks

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations, neuro-musuclar causes, referred pain from other regions etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care nay be sought.
