chinese herbs -about arthritis

by sableyoung, Oct 14, 2009 10:09PM

hello ,everyone ,i donot know if u will have any interest on my topic

in fact ,i am one chinese who studied chinese herbs more than 10years ,ok
let go to the topic

in chinese medicine ,we consider Arthritis is one circulation problem

the body we think  is made by "water " and " fire ",and we call the "fire " is the source of the body ,u see ,in winter most plants go to death or Atrophy ,in summer most plants grow up much ,so we call the "fire " is the source of body

arthritis is because the body has much water than the fire ,and the body usually very "winter " suitation ,cannot  circulation smooth ,so problem is cured ,we called "no circulation then feel pain " and "circlation then no pain "-that is why we always said that arthritis will be more serious in humid weather

when we curing this arthritis ,first ,u must remove the useless water to make  whole circulation smooth ,then u need add  adequate summer  enegry ,this time u need have some hebrs to make the whole step of recovery more fast

any interest ,post reply

Thank you for your post.  We receive many posts regarding herbal solutions to arthritis.  While I have not had success with herbs and supplements, I do see a value to a combination of eastern and western therapies.

alternative in chinese medicine is one simply theory ,which means the water more than the fire ,there is less fire for the body

pls try to know u body more better 。。。
do u always stay in aircontrol place in summer ?
do u always have cold even ice food or drink ?
do u always stay in hummid place ?

tell me ,then we can check how to do next step

another way is let us do one simply test ,very simply
do u have any ginger in your home ,if do
cut the ginger in 4-5 small piece every time, then bolied to ginger soup (only ginger )every morning

have the soup before u eat

keep one week ,let us see the result

after u see the result ,u will feel more confidence on my chinese medicine

hello
according my experiece ,accupuncture and aromatherapy can only fast the circulation ,but cannot strong the energy

chinese medcine need image ,now i tell u how the image is
image u stay in one small river ,this river has many rubbish ,u ask somebody to clear the rubbish ,fast the river flow -this is the simple express of accupuncture and aromatherapy

if one day ,stoped to clear and flow the river ,times later ,the river still have more and more rubbish -it means after u stoped accupuncture and aromatherapy ,the alternative exist,

so suddern alternative is very good for the accupuncture and aromatherapy
but long term alternative is little effect using this way

Thank you for the reply. To answer your questions-
do u always stay in aircontrol place in summer ? yes
do u always have cold even ice food or drink ? yes-cold water through the day
do u always stay in hummid place ? yes/no- summer is humid, winter wet, I live in Massachusetts which I think is typically more humid than dry. I felt much better when I visited the desert, Nevada and Texas, a couple of years ago. I will get some ginger and try the soup. How much water should be used with the 4-5 pieces?

hello ,after got u answer ,i think u body in fact less fire ,more cold water
i know it is very hard to  no use of aircontrol in summer

so first ,stop to have cold water ,it is very bad habit for u health

u body need more fire less cold

durig the test of ginger ,stop having cold water ,otherwise ,the whole effect will low

for 4-5pieces when made as soup ,when boiled just one normal cup of water will be ok

u had better eat the ginger itself if possible ,if not ,boiled the ginger more time ,let the component more going to the water

keep one week ,then tell me what u feel

we again discuss ,i think that time u will have more confindece
