Dear amri1984,

Welcome to the forum!

Hello!

As you do not have a chronic back problem do not worry.

The 1st thing we would advice you is to maintain a normal BMI, your weight should be in normal range as this would help you in the future to be free of back problems.

2nd thing we would want to advise is about prevention. Wear proper foot wear; do not lift heavy weights, proper position while sleeping, sitting, driving etc. Also select a proper bed and chair so that ergonomically it is correct.

For the present problem we advise you hot fomentation and anti inflammatory drugs.
If it does not help you have to visit an Orthopedician for examination and for an X-ray.

Take care!
