dead sea mud and bath salts

i heard from a lot of people about dead sea products to treat arthritis and joint pains
is it really that good?
here is some  dead sea bath salts  i found in the net

Epsom salts are cheaper and do the same thing. :)

No relief from joint pain in my experience (other from the warm water) but definitely good for the skin.

I will give it a shot!  Worst case scenario, I will smell so good I won't care how I feel.

I haven't tried it but my dad swears by sea salt baths.
