high results for Rheumatiod Factor and CCP

I am a 55 yo male with  a RF level of >200 and a ccp level that was at least 5 times the reference number. does this indicate that the  process will be more severe or develop more rapidly?
Thanks for your inputs!

Hi there!

While the levels of RF is directly correlated with the disease process and destructive arthritis; anti-CCP levels are not well correlated with the disease and largely have a pure diagnostic value.
Hope this information is helpful.

Take care!

Thank you for your time in answering..I was beginning to wonder if the very high levels together were sentencing me to a very near future on disability. ;-)
Again, thank you for the informative answer!
