i fell down stairs...hard

on friday i fell down stairs on my butt really hard i hurt my arm and got a huge bump and bruise but my butt is still killing me my whole side is still very much swolen and all bruised, i can only sit on one side and not for long becuse it starts to really hurt i cant sleep a whole night cos i get stiff and it hurts, i know its not my tailbone its my whole right cheek and it really hurts plus my right leg gets numb and my right side lower back starts to burn should i have it looked at?
