i have problems with hands

i been having problems with my hands they hurt allot and all so my wrist i work in a d. c. and its really cold its below -30 my hands keep loking up and my wrist feel like there going to breake  and also have a bump on both, the bump is 2 inches downward from my wrist

How long have your hands been hurting?  What have you done to try to relieve the pain?  Is the pain worse in the morning or worse with activity?  Do you have pain anywhere else?  Do you have any other symptoms even if they seem unrelated (like dry eyes)?

well my hands been hurting for a month,i just been on medication for the pain but it only takes the pain away for a littlel ,well my pain is always but is really bad when im working picking heavy boxs,i get pain on both of my wrist and hands, yes i get dry eyes and i also get pain in my shoulders and especialy my left side is worst than my right i get a pain in my shoulder and it runs down all the way to my hands it feels lite im geting poket and then my hole left side gets numb for a littel while

Ouch!  My hands hurt just reading what you are going through.  I think you should go see a doctor and have this evaluated.  It could be related to repetitive movements, but it might be arthritis.  The only way to know for certain is to see a doctor.  Please let us know what you find out.
