is this arthritis?

Iam in my early 30's, male 5'11 175 lbs.
I have severe pain in all joints from achy to burning to the point of numb in my forearms sometimes. My finger tips burn and the sides of my pinky fingers. I go to stretch my feet and it feels like my whole foot is cracking. My neck and shoulders are always in pain but that is a different pain.
I guess what Im saying is what is this? I had a ANA test which the doc said was abnormal but then retested and it was fine. I went a Rheumatoid doc who said i did not have any Lupus or RA. But what else could this be? Is this Arthritis or Osteo? If this is the case this is some serious stuff that hurts.  
I am eating 4 asprins, motrins, alieves and nothing seems to work. When it does work my body wants to just sleep.
I become irritable and sluggish from this. Please someone tell me.  The docs have not been able to do anything so far and with no insurance now im worried that i might have something worse.

Get tested for Lyme's disease.  That is what it sounds like to me.  It's 100% treatable.  The sooner it's detected the better.  It's an extremely serious disease.  Please get tested as soon as possible.  Good luck.

I too am now without insurance and unemployed. People tend to roll their eyes when i tell them I am in pain and I thin they believe I am overreacting but like U said it is VERY painful! Could it b Fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia is nerve and muscle pain, what inu27 is describing, sounds like textbook Lyme Disease.  If you haven't any insurance, just go to a Medicaid health clinic, or even a "Doc in a Box", and pay what you can, when you can.  Lyme Disease, left untreated will destroy your life.  Please get treated.  Health comes first.  Thank you for posting, and keep us updated.
