I have alot of health problems and diagnosis and im only 33. These days everything im being diagnosed with is suppose to happen to people over 50. So I guess im a 50 yr trapped in a 33yr olds body lol i dont know.. I have hashimoto disease which is an autoimmune disease, that doesnt only attack thyroid gland but in my case other parts. I have cervical spondoloysis in my neck with bulging disks, I just found out I have osteoarthritis in both knees, spurring and osteopenia so im looking at knee replacements which anything that can help me walk again, squat, bend knees etc. im all for it.. my lower back I spranged/pulled recently only to find out about my knees and that I have lumbar scolosis, and now my most recent results from an MRI of lumbar I need someones opionion pls.
IMPRESSION: Degeneration of disk at L4-L5 with annular bulging demonstrated. Facet joint arthropathy from L3-S1. Is this something else I get to be worried about? Alot of places im reading its saying facet joint arthropathy is degerative arthritis aka osteoarthritis is this true? I also have osteoarthritis in my right hand. Falling apart.. Was recently told that I am unable to work bc I cannot stand for any length of time, cant sit and try to get up etc. all my knowledge and nothing i can apply it to... Depressed

Hi, Listen...I am 37 and since I was 24 I have been falling apart as well.. lol...I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, FMS, had Lyme disease which was the start and now new things arise every year...It ***** but dont let the disease get you...I have a friend with lung cancer,...She is in her 30s and says "I have cancer, Cancer DOES NOT have me"....Have a pitty party for yourself every so often as I do, just dont invite anyone :) As for the disc, My neck back and hips are shot, 3 different types of arthrits in the disc' and my knees have been going for 3 years...there is more BUT the point is, when I first had an MRI of my hips noone knew what it was... It went from, OH THATS NORMAL to You have bone cancer...I never gave up...It gets me down from time to time but I waisted about 7 years waiting to see what was going to happen...My 1 doctor who was the best!! even sent me to a surgeon to start the process of a hip replacement at 26...He said you dont need this and its not the hips its your joints and we dont even do that yet...I am now 37 and still kicking..Yes I am in pain, I dont work outside my home...I have no friends and I never tell anyone whats going on because A..I feel like noone cares anyway, I am home so if they need a sitter thats my job and B...I would never want them to worry...So I keep my research on myself, check with my doctors, join discussion groups on whatever it is at the time that I am going through...Just dont waiste your time "worrying and wondering"..Its not worth it...When the time comes for knee replacements then keep your chin up and say, its gonna be alright...Believe it or not but more people in their 30's are sicker today then people in their 80's....Why??  I think we work too hard today, all the chemicals out there...My sister has a bunch of things, lupus being one, she now has a small firbosis in her lungs and a mass in her neck that only older "men" get who blow horns for a living  lol ...I always told her its cause she loves to sing (LOUD) and she is as tough as most men..BUT she is also scared of whats going to happen...It hurts me to know her fear so I try to tell her you cant fear it, if you let the fear take over I truely beleive you can make the bad happen that much more quicker...
I will say a prayer for you...Just remember to talk to people who can understand and always check with your doctors on everything...IF you are worried, dont wait on it...let them know...Keep the faith and good luck..and we are all hear to help and listen....  :O)
