left shoulder/shoulder blade pain

This discussion is related to left shoulder/shoulder blade pain.
Gald to see I'm not the only one in the world with this......
My shoulder blade feels as if there is a small frozen pea ander the blade itself and other times i get a cramp type pain in from the blade closer to the spine and refers around into my chest sometimes.....And I agree when you talk to the doctors they look at you as if you are a hypacondriact....i had the Chest pain checked out because it worried me which came backk clear then I was told that it was anxiety, but the pain is real and i want to get rid of it and all i can get is scripts for pain killers..... I want to fix it!!!!
