leg pain for children

my daughter was been experiencing a leg pain usually the occurence will be at night and most probably at the middle of the night when she will already experiencing a good sleep,that was before when i was with her when she was 3 yrs.old.but now she is 5 aldready and her dad and my mother in law was taking care of her now and still she was experiencing a leg pain.being far for my little girl now is quite alarming on my part,do i need to undergo my daughter for MRI,x-ray and other laboratory examination to know the probable cause of her leg pain.thank you.

She needs to see here family doctor for initial investigations and blood tests and x-rays.  Make sure you get copies of everything and don't let them stop until you get answers.

Without question, call dad up, and together make an informed decision to call her Doctor and set up an appointment for this issue alone. Do not want to combine this visit with a, let's say, vaccine appointment. She need's to be seen, ASAP. This could entail a simple growth plate sensation, or that of a different cause all together. Your a good mom, because here you are looking for answers, and so, please get her checked out. If your her dad wants to delay it, vehemently oppose any delay!  Those will be all that many more days of worry on your part!  More importantly, it really comes down to knowing the health of our children is OK. Right?

Kuwait, WOW that is certainly a long way from home!!  If you are in the service, know that our hearts are with you. To leave your families behind and face death on a daily basis requires strenghth. That same strength seems to weaken when there are issues of well being with our children.
