Excellent advice from spastic.  It may be something else but with those symptoms a trip to the doctor is definitely in order.

I'm sorry your daughter is going through this.  You need to get her to a Dr and have them check for an inflammatory process.  One that comes to mind is JRA-Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, with her fever and the leg pain it is a good idea to get her to a Dr ASAP.  Please keep us posted.
