my foot is pain

hello,

i am 26yrs old. i am suffering this Arthritis in my left foot my Uric Acid is 517 umol/lRef Range ( 149 - 458 ) HIGH and my Cholesterol is 6.57 umol/LRef Range ( 0.00 - 5.70 ) HIGH i never take any med. yet what i did is limit my food and exercise. is this can help to reduce my cholesterol or uric acid?

by the way, i take Fish Oil Omega 3 after Lunch and Dinner.

wayback in 2007 of sept. my uric acid become HIGH and i go to my doctor what he said to me is limit my food, exercise regularly. he give me med. that day if i remember it is Applurinol.
