neck joint pain and constant clicking

I can only imagine what you are going through trying to get relief.  Does the motrin help relieve the pain?  If you have not already seen the doctor, you should go to have an x-ray and maybe an MRI to see what is going on in your neck.  Does it respond better to heat therapy or cold therapy (or have you tried that?)  Do you have arthritis in your neck?
