pain in left side of head with enbrel?

I have AS, and have been on enbrel for about 2 years now. About a year ago i started to develop these strange head pains in the left side of my head, where it feels like a sharp object is poking you in the side of the head. (it happens in exactly the same part of head every time)  These can vary in length, on average they last for about 10 seconds then completely go. Sometimes this can happen 20 times a day, but on average happens about 3-5. They can happen at ANY time of the day but i think it may happen more when im stressed or exercising. Occasionally i have a headache before or after they happen, but usually they just happen without any other symptom. Sometimes i can go a couple of days without one, but feel just one little stab just to remind me that its still there.

Its frightening when i get them and has developed into a huge problem for me. I would love to know if anyone else is having similar problems...

Hello Mike I get sharp shooting pain on the right side of my head near my temple .I also get alot of upper respritory infections in the winter on enbrel!Do you get any of these upper respritory problems?I was thinking mabey the pain was from a inner ear infection .You might ask your doctor it sounds like nerve pain.Best wishes K
