pain on my right side

I have pain on the right side of my body. from my head, neck, hand joins legs but only on theright side please help.

Hi chemarus and welcome to the forum.
Most likely left hemispheric brain issue, as the left side
controls the right side of the body.
Have you had any MRI or CT scan?
The SPECT is a dynamic test that shows blood flow in the brain,
that may be of greater dignostic value.
Just look it up, or visit Dr Amen`s Clinic website (not an endorsement, only suggested as reference for information on SPECT).
