pain

hi im 27yr old female ive being havin bad pain in my left shoulder - left shoulder  blade -left armpit and it also goes into my chest sometimes its a shap pain or a dull pain its there 24/7 for the last 8mths ive seen my gp and went to a/e had x-rays they were clear blood tests were clear my doc said its either muscle pain or a clavicle injury i do feel like im having a heart attack some times can any 1 help

Have you seen an orthopedic doctor? They may be more knowledgable in what you are experiencing. I pulled my shoulder muscle once, and it involved under my arm, around my arm and cause muscle spasms in my chest wall.
