reactive arthritis

I was diagnosed with reactive arthritis in 1997 and was put on indomethacin 75 mg, twice a day.  I've had left sided muscle pain and joint pain for years.  Over the last year and a half my left arm and chest have been hurting and in the morning my left arm turns reddish/purple when held down to my side.  Once I hold my arm up it goes back to it's original color.  During the day these symptoms go away, but the pain persisits.  I had a nerve test when it first began with no findings.  My left thigh has began to hurt and I appear to be loosing strength throughout my left leg as well as my hips (which are hurting as well).  I had back surgery approx 6 months ago for a L5-S1 disc replacement which was pinching my syatic (sciatic) nerve.  I've had a feeling of general malaise and flue like symptoms off and on for year and years (apparently common with reactive arthritis).  I also had difficulty swallowing and a feeling of something stuck in my throught for approx 10 months.   I was diagnosed with an esophageal ulser after a scope and put on Prilosec (omeprazol).  It helped for a while, but the feeling of having something stuck in my throught has returned.  Last night my left chest began to hurt alot anf the left side of my face began to tingle as well as my ears and face felt really hot.  I woke this morning feeeling better, but I still have a faint tingling in the left side of my face and left arm and left side of chest still hurts.  Has anyone had any of these symptoms in conjunction with eachother?  I have an appointment with my rhuematologist soon.  Kind of scared to find out the news.
