I am a 30 years old man.I am suffering from lower backache since last 10 years.The problem first initiated while I was lifting a heavy object. I feel the problem mainly while remain bending downwards for a few minutes.I also feel the problem when driving a long distance.
Please suggest remedial pleasures for the above mentioned problem.
I would suggest you see a doctor or a physical therapist who can give you a series of simple exercises to strengthen your back muscles and hopefully alleviate some of the pain. Strengthening your core (abdominal) muscles will also support your back.
