remicade effects??

Hello, my mother has been on remicade treatments for 2 or 3 years now, she gets her treatments every 6 weeks. She also takes methrotexate every week (five pills on sunday) as instructed by the doctor. Over the last couple of months she has been experiencing some odd pains. First, the pain started in the right knee, the knee would swell and like a cold burning sensation was felt that moved from the knee down to the foot. That only happened when she was sleeping or resting not when she would be walking. Then after months of suffering and the doctor not knowing what it was, I did some research online and I came across some postings from other people having the same problem and that took K supplements and actually were able to be better. Well I got my mom her K pills and the pain in the knee was mostly gone, temporarily. After like a month or so the pain came back but this time in the neck, lasted like a couple of weeks like that and then now it is on her upper arms. She says it feels like her muscles are extremely week and it hurts. Please anyone out there any idea of what is going on with my mother, the doctor just tells her to take prednisone for the pain. However, I want to know the reason behind the pain and why does it seem is moving around?. Please any advice is greatly appreciated, let me know if I should ask the doctor for any additional tests to rule out other diseases. Thanks so much

the burning sensation doesn't really go away not even while having the injection. The burning diminishes but never goes away. Whenever she tries to go off the injection, she gets bad arthritis pains all over her body. That's the only health condition she has, however, she also complains about a kinda swelling on her head, that comes and goes. So i guess she might have poor circulation as well. thanks for answering.

If you google remicade and burning sensations, there are some reports from patients that appear.  How soon after the injection is the sensation experienced?  Has your mom tried going off the injection?  Are there other health conditions to be considered?  Does your mother have any vascular problems or poor circulation?
