rheumatoid arthritis, micoplasm and lyme disease

Dr. Nicolson, I am currently being treated for lyme disease. I have fibromyalgia and an elevated rheumatoid factor. I am currently on doxycycline 100mg twice daily as well as I.V. rocephin 2gm daily. I have been taking doxy for four months now and started rocephin a week ago. I have read that rheumatoid arthritis can be caused by micoplasma. I was tested micoplasma when I was tested for lyme and it didn't show up. Is testing for micoplasma difficult to test for like lyme disease? Can my elevated rheumatoid factor be caused by lyme alone or some other bacteria?
