rhuematoid lung disease

my husband has been diagnosed as having rhuematoid lung disease. was put on rutuximab Iv therapy then developed a very severe strep infection in the plureal cavity of his lung, he had a biopsy of his lung for the diagnosis of the lung which he had a severe and ongoing pnuemo thorax with treatment of 7 chest tubes placed.  he got the the istrep infection in the colapsed lung he had to quit treatment due to the infection now he has more rhuematoid nodules in his lung if any one has any suggestions about this please e-mail me thanks you in advance treatment suggestions??
