I'm a 51 y/o swimmer who just started long distance running for triathlon training. It's 4am and I've been up all night again after a run with hip pain I can't seem to stop with analgesics. I"d say it'a pain about a 7/10. I don't have pain when I run or with movement. It gets horrible a few hours after I run. It will improve gradually until I run again and then I'll start the same thing over. Question: Will this improve as I run more or do I need to just stop running? Nan
