I read your other post and am sorry to read what you are going through. January must feel an eternity away.
Before I was diagnosed and treated, I tried innumerable methods for relief. Here is what helped me. Rest, topicals when I had to use the effected joint such as biofreeze or stopain, braces to support and/or immobilize the joints, ice and heat.
Do check out your treatment options as there may be a way for you to get relief before January.
Thanks I do all of that, the pain in my right wrist is the worst, feels like about 5 bees stinging you if you move it wrong, My elbows and fingers are the 2nd worst, then Hip anklles neck and knees,
First have you seen a Doctor?..Did you fall and make it worse?
I use heat followed by ice alternating. Heat relaxes the muscles, and ice numbs the nerves.. Follow it with a couple tyenol(sp) arthritis strength.
Don't give up....We are all survivors here, and we all will make it somehow!!!
Hope the pain lets up!!!
Blessings;
Deebelle
