spondyloarthropathies

Im a 30 yr old mother of 4 and i started having problems with myoclonus and fasiculations back in 2009. I had tests done and the final conclusion by neurologist was fibromyalgia. So i tried meds they didn't help so i went to a rhuematologist. Cause besides for what i mentioned above i have memory problems,fatigue,And constant pain my legs will hurt or burn. I have severe back pain that sometimes radiants into my gut and sometimes my hips feel out of socket. i get my migrains sometimes my neck or shoulders hurt and sometimes my hands lock up. So rheumy ran tests and i tested neg for inflamation (inflammation) but did test positive for antigen that cause arthritis. b27 or something like that. Also had very low vit d level so started on 50,000 units. And have to get mri done to check for sponyloarthropathies. Any info about this would be appriciated i understand there is diff types of this and have no idea where my symptoms would fit. And how does this compare to rhumatoid arthritis?

HLA B27 is associated with spondyloarthropathies. Aside the condition, the symptoms could also be related to vitamin D deficiency. The best approach at this time would be to start vitamin D supplementation and evaluated for conditions related to HLA B27; following which a precise management plan can be chalked out. Rheumatoid arthritis may present similarly, however the joints affected and serological tests would help differentiate between the two (ankylosing spondylitis/ spondyloarthropathy largely involves the axial skeleton or the spine).The two are also treated on similar lines.
