worse than a migraine, hypertensive

  i have been having such a bad migraine for the last couple days. i would say worse than a migraine..i kknow when my pain is really bad my pressure goes up..my pressure is are 160\110. and it keeps going up..i dpn't know what do.

HI and thanks for using the forum.

Pain can make your blood pressure go up and high blood pressure will increase you headache.  If you have taken pain medication without relief for your migraine, then you need to see your doctor  about this.  If you have never had migraines before, then a headache lasting this long needs to be checked out by your doctor.  You blood pressure is quite elevated and you don't want to let that go on indefinitely.  Good luck- I hope that you feel better soon.
