Thanks for using the forum.

At four weeks, your uterus is not yet large enough to create a "baby bump". Every pregnancy is different, but most women do not begin to show until they are closer to their second trimester.

If you have noticed that your clothes feel a little tighter, that is normal. Many women feel the changes of pregnancy before they are noticeable to others.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Cathy
