Can't EAT.... Can't Drink :(

Can't EAT.... Can't Drink :(

For the past few years I've been having BAD stomach problems.
I'm a little over weight.. I'm 14 and weigh around 170-175...
I hardly ever have a BM.. Maybe once (and if I'm lucky twice) a week. I always have Diarrhea. Hardly ever have solid stools. And I'm always having the worst stomach aches :(
And I do have a little of Binge Eating.
SO, which leads me to my question... For the past week or two I haven't been able to eat or drink... Whenever I eat solid meals or drink juice or soda I have massive diarrhea. So I started to drink water and eat fruit and sandwiches... And I'd still have diarrhea. NOW, i can't eat :( I've lost my hunger and when I do eat it's only maybe a little thing of fruit... And I still end up having diarrhea.

I don't know what's going on with me... I can't eat or drink.. I'm constantly having bad diarrhea.. And  I feel as if I'm dying :(

What is wrong with me?? :(
PLEASE HELP! :(

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

You poor thing.  You really need to see your doctor about your symptoms.  These symptoms can be caused by a number of things ( such as a food intolerance) and many of them are simple and treatable (sometimes with simple diet changes),  So I think you should discuss this with your parent or guardian and get checked out.  Also, all that diarrhea can cause vitamin deficiencies, etc. that are vital for a growing girl so it is a good idea to get things sorted out.  Good luck.
